To this end, we have developed the first AI-supported knowledge platform for industrial service. Thanks to this solution, our customers can collect and structure the expert knowledge of their experienced service employees and make it available to all employees — for excellent fault diagnosis and sustainable problem solving.

As a Venture Associate, you’ll play a core role in shaping our growth strategy, supporting our international market expansion, and partnering closely with founders and investors to scale our vision globally.

Strategic influence from day one — partner with the founding team on growth initiatives, fundraising, and key go-to-market decisions.
Be part of international expansion — help guide findIQ’s launch and scaling in the U.S. and other markets following a major funding milestone.

Exposure to investors and strategic partners — work closely with venture capitalists, industry experts, and corporate partners as part of the growth journey.

Your mission

Support investor relations and fundraising activities, including market analysis, pitch development, and investment deck preparation.
Drive strategic partnerships and ecosystem development with corporates, VC partners, and potential channel collaborators.
Analyze market opportunities and competitive landscapes to inform product and expansion strategy.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to turn strategic insights into actionable plans.
Help define and monitor key growth metrics, preparing regular business reviews and strategic recommendations.
Represent findIQ externally at events, investor meetings, and industry forums.

What we expect

1–3+ years of experience in consulting, venture capital, corporate strategy, growth roles, or startup business development.
Strong analytical skills with experience in market research, financial modeling, or investment evaluation.
Excellent communication skills — you can confidently tell a story, influence stakeholders, and deliver clear insights.
Comfort operating in fast-paced environments with ambiguity — startups move quickly and priorities shift.
Passion for industrial tech, AI, SaaS business models, and meaningful impact on real-world service operations.
Bonus: Background in B2B tech, international markets, scaling high-growth teams, or working with investors.

Als Venture Associate übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle beim Aufbau unserer Wachstumsstrategie. Du unterstützt unsere internationale Marktexpansion und arbeitest eng mit Gründer:innen und Investor:innen zusammen, um unsere Vision global zu skalieren.

Dich erwartet

Direkter Draht zum Gründerteam – du arbeitest strategisch auf Augenhöhe und bekommst tiefe Einblicke in unternehmerische Entscheidungen.
Hohe Eigenverantwortung ab Tag 1 – deine Analysen und Empfehlungen beeinflussen reale Wachstumsentscheidungen.
Internationale Perspektive – unterstütze aktiv die Expansion in neue Märkte und baue globale Partnerschaften mit auf.
Sichtbarkeit im Investorenumfeld – arbeite eng mit VCs und strategischen Partnern zusammen und gestalte Fundraising-Prozesse mit.
Technologie mit Substanz – KI nicht als Buzzword, sondern als echte Lösung für ein drängendes Problem in der Industrie.
Dynamische, pragmatische Kultur – kurze Entscheidungswege, ehrliches Feedback und ein Team, das Geschwindigkeit liebt.

Deine Aufgaben

Unterstützung und aktive Mitgestaltung von Fundraising-Prozessen, inklusive Pitch-Deck-Entwicklung, Marktanalysen und Investorenkommunikation.
Identifikation und Aufbau strategischer Partnerschaften im Industrie- und Venture-Umfeld.
Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Unterstützung der Go-to-Market- und Expansionsstrategie.
Entwicklung von Business Cases und Finanzmodellen zur Bewertung neuer Initiativen.
Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management und strukturierte Aufbereitung von KPIs.
Repräsentation des Unternehmens bei relevanten Events, Konferenzen und Investorengesprächen.

Du bringst mit

1–3+ Jahre Erfahrung in Strategieberatung, Venture Capital, Corporate Strategy, Business Development oder einem schnell wachsenden Startup.
Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung mit Finanzmodellen, Marktanalysen oder Investitionsbewertungen.
Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten – du kannst komplexe Inhalte klar strukturieren und überzeugend präsentieren.
Unternehmerisches Denken und Freude daran, in einem dynamischen Umfeld Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
Strukturierte Arbeitsweise gepaart mit Hands-on-Mentalität.
Begeisterung für B2B-Technologie, KI und skalierbare SaaS-Geschäftsmodelle.
